At Tapputi Egyptian Perfume Oils, we are committed to protecting our brand, our customers, and our network of authorised stockists.
Authorised Stockists Only
Only businesses or individuals who have entered into a signed Stockist Agreement with Tapputi Egyptian Perfume Oils (Pty) Ltd are authorised to purchase our products for the purpose of resale.
Any person or business wishing to become an authorised stockist must apply directly through Tapputi and receive written approval before offering our products for sale.
Consumer Purchases
Products purchased through our website or promotional offers are intended for personal use or gifting unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchases made without a signed Stockist Agreement do not grant permission to advertise, market, distribute or resell Tapputi products as part of a business or commercial activity.
Promotional Offers
Special promotions, including but not limited to Buy One Get One Free offers, discounts, bundles and limited-time specials, are intended for end consumers unless expressly stated otherwise.
Tapputi reserves the right to:
- limit quantities purchased;
- refuse or cancel orders where there is reason to believe purchases are being made for unauthorised resale;
- withdraw promotional pricing from customers who misuse promotional offers for commercial purposes.
No Representation of Affiliation
Unauthorised sellers may not:
- represent themselves as an authorised Tapputi stockist;
- imply any partnership, agency or affiliation with Tapputi;
- state or imply that purchases made through them are purchases made directly from Tapputi;
- use Tapputi branding in any manner that could mislead consumers regarding the source of the products.
Warranty and Customer Support
Tapputi's customer support, warranties and after-sales service apply only to purchases made directly from Tapputi or through authorised stockists. Customers who purchase from unauthorised sellers must direct all product queries, exchanges, refunds and customer service requests to the seller from whom they purchased the products, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
The Tapputi name, logos, product photographs, marketing material, website content and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Tapputi. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of these materials without written permission is prohibited.
Right to Refuse Supply
Tapputi reserves the right, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to refuse, cancel or limit orders where it reasonably believes products are being purchased for unauthorised commercial resale or where purchasing behaviour is inconsistent with normal consumer use.
Enforcement
Tapputi actively monitors the marketplace to protect customers and authorised stockists.
Where unauthorised resale or misleading representations are identified, Tapputi reserves all legal and contractual rights available to it, including requesting the removal of misleading advertising, refusing future sales, terminating customer accounts and taking any further action considered appropriate under applicable law.
Verification of Authorised Stockists
Customers wishing to verify whether a seller is an authorised Tapputi stockist are encouraged to contact Tapputi directly before making a purchase. A current list of authorised stockists is available upon request or as published on our website.
